General Campaign Terms

1. Offers are valid on selected BYD models only, while stocks last.

2. Finance offers are subject to approval by participating banks, customer eligibility requirements, and the applicable finance provider’s terms and conditions.

3. Complimentary insurance is subject to insurer approval, eligibility requirements, policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions.

4. Complimentary service packages are valid for the stated period or mileage, whichever occurs first, and are subject to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, terms, and exclusions.

5. ADNOC charging vouchers are subject to availability, activation, validity periods, usage limitations, and ADNOC’s applicable terms and conditions.

6. Vehicle prices displayed are starting prices and may vary depending on model grade, specifications, optional equipment, colour selection, registration fees, and other applicable charges.

7. Al-Futtaim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

8. Offer rates are applicable to individual customers only during the campaign period and are subject to credit approval by Al-Futtaim’s approved finance provider or participating banks.

9. Customers are entitled to avail of one offer only on the selected model, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and approvals.

ADNOC Charging Voucher Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. The ADNOC charging voucher is available exclusively for eligible BYD vehicles purchased within the United Arab Emirates during the campaign period.

2. The offer is applicable to individual (B2C) purchases only.

3. Each eligible vehicle is entitled to one (1) charging voucher only.

4. The voucher is linked to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the customer name stated on the vehicle purchase invoice.

5. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be reassigned to another customer or vehicle.

Registration & Activation

1. Following issuance of the vehicle invoice, eligible customers will receive a registration link by email to complete the required information and activate the ADNOC charging voucher.

2. Customer information will be jointly verified by Al-Futtaim and ADNOC to confirm eligibility.

3. Voucher activation may take between one and two weeks from the invoice date, subject to verification and processing procedures.

4. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Al-Futtaim and ADNOC will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched information.

Voucher Benefits & Usage

1. The charging voucher provides charging credit equivalent to approximately 18,000 kilometres of driving, representing up to one year of charging depending on driving behaviour, vehicle usage, and environmental conditions.

2. The 18,000-kilometre entitlement is calculated based on the official WLTP driving range for each model and grade, as stated in the manufacturer’s specifications.

3. The voucher value has been calculated based on the current approved electric vehicle charging tariff of AED 1.26 per kWh, inclusive of 5% VAT.

4. If the electric vehicle charging tariff is amended by the relevant authorities, the voucher credit or entitlement value may be adjusted accordingly to reflect the revised tariff.

5. The voucher does not cover any additional charges, including but not limited to waiting fees, parking fees, violations, penalties, or any other charges outside the eligible charging credit.

Voucher Validity

The ADNOC charging voucher remains valid for 24 months from the date of activation or until the full charging credit equivalent to approximately 18,000 kilometres of driving has been consumed, whichever occurs first.

1. Any unused remaining balance after the voucher expires will be automatically forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred, or carried forward.

ADNOC Charging Network

1. Use of the voucher is subject to ADNOC’s applicable terms and conditions, including charging network availability, systems, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements.

2. ADNOC is solely responsible for any operational, technical, or charging-related issues that may occur within its charging network.

3. ADNOC provides eligible customers with access to an online portal to monitor voucher balance and charging consumption.

Campaign Period

1. This offer applies to invoices issued for eligible vehicle sales from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 at participating BYD showrooms in the United Arab Emirates.

2. The offer is valid only during the specified campaign period and cannot be combined with any other offers unless otherwise stated.
