BYD POWER WEEKEND x EMIRATES NBD

1. Promoter and participating parties

The Campaign is promoted by AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. and Emirates NBD. Emirates NBD is the finance provider and is solely responsible for assessing applications, determining eligibility and making credit decisions. AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. is the vehicle seller and is responsible for eligible stock, sale documentation, vehicle preparation and delivery, subject to these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign period

The Campaign is valid on Saturday 17 October 2026 and Sunday 18 October 2026, during the published operating hours of the participating showrooms.

Abu Dhabi: 9:00am to 08:00pm

Dubai Festival City: 9:00am to 08:00pm

Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road: 9:00am to 08:00pm

The advertised timelines are subject to the applicable daily application and purchase cut-off times.

3. Participating locations

The combined 30-minute finance approval and same or next-day delivery proposition is available only at BYD Abu Dhabi, BYD Dubai Festival City, and BYD Sheikh Zayed Road. It is not available at other BYD locations unless separately confirmed in writing.

4. Eligible vehicles and stock

The accelerated-delivery benefit under this Promotion applies only to selected BYD models from specifically allocated, identified and operationally ready stock, as determined by AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. in its sole discretion (“Eligible BYDs”). Eligible models are BYD Shark 6, BYD Sealion 5 and BYD Atto 8, subject to modification by AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. Eligible variants, colours, VINs, quantities and location allocation may be limited and the benefit is available only while allocated stock remains available.

5. Eligibility for the finance journey

The 30-minute finance approval journey is available only to customers whose employer, customer profile and financial circumstances meet Emirates NBD credit policy and approval criteria. All applications to Emirates NBD for finance approval remain subject to Emirates NBD credit assessment, ENBD GTCs and final discretion of Emirates NBD in granting financing facility to the customer. Applying, completing the digital journey or selecting a vehicle does not guarantee approval.

6. Customer information, authentication and consents

Customers must provide complete, accurate and current information, including a valid Emirates ID, email address and mobile number; authenticate through the link sent to the registered email address; provide all required application confirmations, privacy acknowledgements, data-sharing permissions and credit-check consents, where required under applicable law; remain available to complete the journey promptly; and provide any additional information or documentation requested by Emirates NBD. Incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent information may delay or prevent approval.

7. Meaning of “finance approved within 30 minutes”

The 30-minute period applies only after an eligible customer submits complete and accurate information, immediately completes all required authentication and consent steps, and the application does not require additional information, documentation, verification, referral or manual review. Any application requiring an additional step may take longer and may not qualify for this Promotion.

8. Approval is not disbursement or an LPO

The advertised approval relates to the Emirates NBD credit decision only, unless Emirates NBD confirms otherwise in writing. It does not include customer acceptance, processing-fee consent, LPO issuance, loan disbursement, insurance, vehicle mortgage, registration or delivery. Finance approval does not reserve or allocate a vehicle and does not guarantee delivery.

9. Post-approval steps

After finance approval, the customer must review and accept the applicable finance documentation and consent to any applicable processing fee before LPO issuance. Loan disbursement remains subject to completion of the finalization and execution of required financing and security documentation and other requirements stated in the applicable Emirates NBD documents. Delay in acceptance, fee consent, LPO issuance, disbursement or supporting documents may affect delivery timelines.

10. Emirates NBD product terms and disclosures

The finance facility is provided solely by Emirates NBD and remains subject to its applicable Auto Loan Terms and Conditions, Key Facts Statement, credit policy, final finance documentation, interest rate or profit rate, APR, down payment, tenure, fees and charges. The Campaign does not fix or waive any bank rate, fee or charge. Emirates NBD documents govern the finance relationship, subject to applicable law.

11. Vehicle allocation

A vehicle is allocated only when AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. confirms the Eligible Vehicle or VIN (vehicle identification number) in its sales system and the customer completes the required booking, purchase and payment steps. A finance application or approval alone is not sufficient for a vehicle allocation.

12. Same-day delivery on Saturday 17 October 2026

Same-day delivery is available only for purchases completed on Saturday 17 October 2026 before the applicable location-specific cut-off time. All delivery conditions in these Promotion Terms and Conditions must be fully completed and confirmed by AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. If those conditions are not completed in time, same-day delivery will not apply.

13. Next-day delivery for Sunday 18 October 2026

Next-day delivery is available only for purchases completed on Sunday 18 October 2026 before the applicable location-specific cut-off time. “Next day” means Monday 19 October 2026, subject to all delivery conditions being completed and the applicable authority, insurer, bank and operational services being available.

14. Delivery conditions

Same-day or next-day delivery is conditional upon final finance approval and required customer acceptances; LPO issuance or completion of the applicable payment method and payment of the down payment, fees and all other amounts due; execution of all required sales and finance documentation; comprehensive insurance acceptable to Emirates NBD and registration of any required first-degree vehicle mortgage or pledge where applicable; registration and plate availability; confirmed stock allocation; completed PDI and mandatory preparation; legal and safe readiness for handover; and sufficient logistics and handover capacity.

15. Insurance, mortgage and registration

Where Emirates NBD financing is used, the vehicle must be comprehensively insured in line with Emirates NBD requirements. Where applicable, a first-degree mortgage or pledge must be registered in favour of Emirates NBD with the competent authority. Registration, mortgage processing and plate availability depend on the relevant authority systems, operating hours and requirements and neither Emirates NBD nor AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. is liable for any delays in relation thereto.

16. Customer-requested work

Accessories, tinting, ceramic coating, customization, changes of colour or variant, or other customer-requested work may make the vehicle ineligible for same or next-day delivery unless AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. confirms otherwise to the customer in writing.

17. Stock exhaustion and substitution

Special delivery timelines under this Campaign are only available for Eligible BYDs while their stock lasts. Eligible Vehicles are limited, subject to live availability. If the selected Eligible Vehicle becomes unavailable before allocation, the customer may select another available Eligible Vehicle or proceed under the normal delivery timeline. No alternative model, colour, discount or benefit is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

18. Events outside reasonable control

The advertised timeline may be affected by unavailable or interrupted bank, insurer, registration, mortgage, government or other third-party systems; authority closure; connectivity failure; emergency restrictions; or another event preventing legal or safe delivery. Nothing in this clause limits any right available to any customer under applicable law.

19. If the delivery timeline cannot be achieved

If a qualifying vehicle cannot be delivered within the applicable timeline after the customer has completed all obligations, AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. will inform the customer and provide the earliest available revised delivery date. Any cancellation or refund will be handled under the applicable booking and vehicle-sale terms and applicable law.

20. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and prompt responses, reviewing and accepting all finance and sale documents, paying all required amounts and attending the agreed handover. Customer-caused delay, including delayed consent, incomplete documents, late payment, unavailability or requested vehicle changes, may invalidate the advertised timing.

21. Data processing and credit checks

Customer personal data will be processed by Emirates NBD and AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. in accordance with their respective applicable privacy notices and data protection obligations.

Emirates NBD and AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. each act as independent data controllers in respect of the personal data they process for their respective purposes under the Campaign. Emirates NBD shall be responsible for processing customer financial, credit and related information for financing assessment and administration purposes, including any necessary disclosures permitted under applicable law.

AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. shall be responsible for processing and, where necessary, sharing customer personal data with Emirates NBD solely for purposes connected with facilitating the customer's financing application and related services, subject to applicable data protection laws and the relevant privacy notice.

Each party shall remain responsible for compliance with its respective data protection obligations, including obtaining any legally required consents or permissions, ensuring that any personal data shared under the Campaign is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose, and implementing appropriate safeguards. Personal data received or shared under the Campaign shall not be used for unrelated purposes, including separate marketing, unless permitted under applicable law and the relevant privacy notice or consent. Each party shall provide reasonable cooperation to the other, where required, in relation to data subject requests, complaints, regulatory enquiries, or any actual or suspected personal data breach affecting personal data shared under the Campaign.

22. Changes, suspension and withdrawal

AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO. or Emirates NBD may suspend or withdraw the Campaign, stop accepting delivery-benefit transactions when stock is exhausted, or amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion, with prior notice to the customers as required under applicable law.

23. Governing terms and precedence

The Terms and the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction requirements under applicable law, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Campaign.

These Terms govern only the additional Campaign timing benefit. Vehicle sale remains subject to AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO.’s applicable order, invoice, booking, warranty, registration, delivery and sale terms, while financing remains subject to Emirates NBD’s applicable financing policies and ENBD GTCs. In the event of any inconsistency, Emirates NBD’s documentation and ENBD GTCs governs finance matters and AL-FUTTAIM ELECTRIC MOBILITY CO.’s documentation governs vehicle-sale matters, subject in each case, to applicable law. All financing decisions relating to the Promotion shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Emirates NBD, which decision shall be final and conclusive.

24. Language, enquiries and acceptance

The final Terms must be issued in English and Arabic, with the prevailing-language rule approved before publication. Finance enquiries or complaints should be directed to Emirates NBD through its official channels. By applying, booking or purchasing under the Campaign, the customer acknowledges the applicable Campaign, vehicle-sale and finance documents.

25. Miscellaneous

Staff of Emirates NBD group (permanent and contract), third party consultants contracted by Emirates NBD group (including Tanfeeth and Liv) and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Campaign. Additionally, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of the Emirates NBD group and their immediate family members are also not eligible for this Campaign.
