Charging Voucher – T&Cs

• This offer is valid exclusively for BYD models purchased in the UAE
• Each charging voucher is applicable to one (1) vehicle only, identified by a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

•    Only one (1) voucher redemption per VIN is permitted.
•    The charging voucher is non-transferable and strictly linked to the registered vehicle VIN and the customer named on the invoice.
•    Upon vehicle invoicing, eligible customers will receive a link to begin registration for the ADNOC charging voucher.
•    Accessing the link allows customers to register, apply, and submit the required information to activate the voucher.
•    Customer details will be jointly verified by Al-Futtaim and ADNOC to confirm eligibility for the offer.
•    Voucher activation may take up to 1–2 weeks from the date of vehicle invoicing, subject to verification and processing timelines.
•    The charging voucher provides charging credit equivalent to up to 18,000 km of driving, representing approximately one year of charging, depending on individual driving behavior, vehicle usage, and weather conditions.
•    The voucher value has been calculated based on the current regulated EV charging tariff of AED 1.26 per kWh, including 5% VAT
•    In the event of any future tariff changes imposed by relevant authorities, the voucher balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the revised tariff.
•    Any technical, operational, or charging-related issues encountered on the ADNOC charging network are the sole responsibility of ADNOC.
•    ADNOC will provide customers with secure access to an online portal, allowing them to monitor their voucher balance and consumption details.
•    The 18,000 km charging entitlement is calculated for each model and trim based on the manufacturer’s official WLTP driving range, as stated in the vehicle’s product specifications.
•    Customers requiring assistance with charging services must contact ADNOC Customer Support directly, (800300)

Offer Validity
•    This offer applies to retail vehicle invoices issued from February 2026 onward across all BYD showrooms in the UAE.
•    The registration link will be emailed to eligible customers following vehicle invoicing.
•    The offer is valid for retail purchases only, limited to one voucher per eligible vehicle.
•    The voucher is non-transferable and valid only for the customer whose name appears on the vehicle invoice.

Fuel Voucher – T&Cs
This offer is valid exclusively for BYD models purchased in the UAE. The fuel voucher value is calculated based on the following assumptions and parameters:

1.    Vehicle Fuel Consumption
Fuel consumption figures are based on the official WLTP Combined Fuel Consumption for the specific vehicle model and trim, as published in the manufacturer’s brochure and product specifications.

2.    Annual Driving Distance
The calculation assumes an average annual driving distance of 20,000 kilometers, representing typical vehicle usage over one year in the UAE.

3.    Fuel Price Reference
Fuel cost calculations are based on the historical six-month average price of Special 95 petrol, as published by the relevant fuel authorities prior to the launch of the offer.

4.    Fuel Cost Calculation
The estimated annual fuel consumption (in liters) is derived by applying the WLTP combined fuel consumption rate to the assumed annual driving distance. This volume is then multiplied by the six-month average fuel price to determine the total fuel cost equivalent covered by the voucher.

5.    Indicative Nature of Calculation
Actual fuel consumption and costs may vary depending on:
o    Driving behavior
o    Road and traffic conditions
o    Vehicle load
o    Environmental and weather conditions

6.    Non-Cash Value
The fuel voucher represents an indicative fuel cost equivalent and has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
