Charging Voucher – T&Cs

This offer is valid exclusively for BYD models purchased in the UAE
Each charging voucher is applicable to one (1) vehicle only, identified by a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

•   Only one (1) voucher redemption per VIN is permitted.
•   The charging voucher is non-transferable and strictly linked to the registered vehicle VIN and the customer named on the invoice.
•   Upon vehicle invoicing, eligible customers will receive a link to begin registration for the ADNOC charging voucher.
•   Accessing the link allows customers to register, apply, and submit the required information to activate the voucher.
•   Customer details will be jointly verified by Al-Futtaim and ADNOC to confirm eligibility for the offer.
•   Voucher activation may take up to 1–2 weeks from the date of vehicle invoicing, subject to verification and processing timelines.
•   The charging voucher provides charging credit equivalent to up to 18,000 km of driving, representing approximately one year of charging, depending on individual driving behavior, vehicle usage, and weather conditions.
•   The voucher value has been calculated based on the current regulated EV charging tariff of AED 1.26 per kWh, including 5% VAT
•   In the event of any future tariff changes imposed by relevant authorities, the voucher balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the revised tariff.
•   Any technical, operational, or charging-related issues encountered on the ADNOC charging network are the sole responsibility of ADNOC.
•   ADNOC will provide customers with secure access to an online portal, allowing them to monitor their voucher balance and consumption details.
•   The 18,000 km charging entitlement is calculated for each model and trim based on the manufacturer’s official WLTP driving range, as stated in the vehicle’s product specifications.
•   Customers requiring assistance with charging services must contact ADNOC Customer Support directly, (800300)

Offer Validity

- This offer applies to retail vehicle invoices issued from February 2026 onward across all BYD showrooms in the UAE.

- The registration link will be emailed to eligible customers following vehicle invoicing.

- The offer is valid for retail purchases only, limited to one voucher per eligible vehicle.

- The voucher is non-transferable and valid only for the customer whose name appears on the vehicle invoice.
