ADNOC Voucher Redemption Steps

• Complete the ADNOC activation form with the required details.
• ADNOC receives your request and shares it with the Al-Futtaim team for verification.
• The Al-Futtaim Operations team verifies your eligibility and confirms your details with ADNOC.
• ADNOC will then contact you to schedule your physical registration appointment.
• Bring your vehicle to the assigned ADNOC station for registration.
• ADNOC activates your EV charging voucher.
• Once activated, ADNOC will top up your app wallet with a credit amount equivalent to approx. 18,000 km of driving*.
• You can now start charging at ADNOC EV charging stations**.

Notes

* The 18,000 KM charging credit is calculated for each model and trim based on the manufacturer’s official WLTP range stated in the product specifications. This credit has no expiry and can be used at any ADNOC EV charging station.
** Voucher activation may take between 1 to 2 weeks from the date of vehicle invoicing.

• Average annual driving distance: 18,000 km
• Energy consumption: 19.9 kWh/100 km
• Annual energy requirement: 3,576 kWh
• Voucher value: AED 4,506
