Terms and Conditions - BYD x ADNOC Charging Credit Promotion

 

• This offer is valid only for Sealion 7 Premium, Sealion 7 Performance, Seal Design & Seal Premium models.
• Each charging voucher can be applied to one (1) vehicle VIN only.
• Only one voucher redemption per VIN is permitted.
• The voucher is non-transferable and is linked to the registered vehicle VIN.
• A digital card with a master QR code will be provided to customers upon vehicle invoicing.
• Scanning the QR code allows the customer to apply and fill in the required details.
• The relevant teams from Al-Futtaim and ADNOC will verify the customer’s information to confirm eligibility for the offer.
•  Voucher activation may take between 1 to 2 weeks from the date of vehicle invoicing.
• The charging voucher covers up to 18,000 km of driving, equivalent to approximately one year of charging, depending on driving behavior and weather conditions.
• The voucher value has been calculated based on the current regulated charging tariff of AED 1.26/kWh.
• In the event of any tariff adjustment by the relevant authorities, the voucher balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new tariff.
• Any technical or charging-related issues experienced on the ADNOC charging network fall under the responsibility of ADNOC.
• Customers should contact ADNOC Customer Support directly for assistance.
• Customers with an existing ADNOC App account may contact ADNOC directly, once the voucher is approved, to have it linked to their account.
• The 18,000 KM charging credit is calculated for each model and trim based on the manufacturer’s official WLTP range specified in the product specifications.
